    In Japan, it's required to utilize local government health data, but challenges arise due to its vast scale and the complexity of creating understandable models. A study employed Bayesian networks for regional medical analysis, using U.S. open data for evaluation. While networks built with feature selection algorithms were less accurate than fully connected ones, they were better in terms of model complexity. Interestingly, the model revealed a higher proportion of high blood pressure among non-smokers, possibly due to nicotine's effects on appetite and stress. Future analysis will use KDB to understand regional health patterns.

    The purpose of this study is to record, predict, and deliver beautiful moments in everyday landscape, and to derive potential tourism resources. We re-evaluate our everyday landscape, focusing on the sunset. First, we calculate a color distribution using RGB distance from teacher images. Next, we calculate a similarity of a color distribution between image of the fixed-point camera and teacher image to obtain a degree of beautiful sunset. Next, forecast dataset is created from open data, and this model is constructed using a stepwise method and logistic regression. This case, we confirm that there is more than 80% probability of forecasting a sunset. In the future, we will make this model able to use everyday landscapes as local tourism resources.

    In this research, we analyze the Wi-Fi log created every day in the recent widespread Wi-Fi environment, and make an effort to acquire user behavior. First, since Wi-Fi log will be huge and a calculation time to get users transitions will be very long, so we propose an algorithm for calculating the transition probability matrix and show a calculation time as a guideline for . Moreover, in order to confirm an ergodicity, that is the basic property of Markov chains, from the obtained transition probability matrix, we clarify a relationship between sites from a directed graph. By using basic properties of Markov chains of the transition probabilities obtained from Wi-Fi logs, we aim to get users behavior.

    Recently, the shared use of mobile tools has been expanding, such as bicycles and cars being provided in areas designated for rental bicycles. However, concentrating on mobile tools at a node is a critical issue. To resolve this problem, we use a BCMP network to calculate the average standby number and average waiting time for the mobile tools at each node, and then select an optimal node from among the candidate nodes. User trends and demand for usage of mobile tools are fluctuating, and in many cases, patterns cannot be considered using only basic statistical information such as averaging assuming stationarity. We try to realistically simulate by categorizing people into family, couple, child and adult, and so on.

    The importance of school lunch has been increasing in recent years. In this study, we analyzed the leftovers food using the data science and considered the future approach to providing the school lunch that is desirable for children. Feeding leftovers data we used were provided by Fukuroi City, Shizuoka. From the basic analysis, we showed not only the weight of the leftovers but also the necessity of analysis for each nutrient. And using the school lunch instruction standard, we checked the state of intake of necessary nutrients. In the future we will increase the number of data and analyze throughout the year. We also would like to consider the relevance to climate, events, and growth by linking with open data.

    Today, universities are actively making their lectures accessible to the<br>public. This research will use timestamps and eye-tracking in order to measure the utilization of video content. A timestamp in this context refers to elapsed time since the start of the video, and it is linked to a viewer. By using this timestamp, it be able to clarify their previously vague ideas in a relatively clear manner. On the other hand, Eye tracking can visualize the potential movement of video viewers and clarify viewers' focus points. And we can feed back to lecture material. We will also construct a platform where this timestamp and eye-tracking can be utilized, and support wide-ranging utilization of video content.

    We have tried to build e-learning system, which would be suitable for even latest simulating environments, to make medical doctors to be able to learn non-technical skills easily and effectively. The system could not only gather data about learning outcomes of learners, but also manage them. And it had a function of making feedback of results of learns’ learning outcome to themselves effectively. And we evaluate effectiveness of this system in terms of its feedback functioning and feasibility of this system.
