    Hitherto, we have made the body-region separately weighing system by way of trial, and clarified the measurement of six body regions by taking a horizontal position to be possible under a certain specified measuring condition, and also, reported the measurement of the weight of trunk composed of upper and lower trunk might be possible by measuring their weights separately. In this study, the details of the measurement method of seven body region weights by use of a body-region separately weighing system were described. By using a body-region separately weighing system which was made with commercially obtained seven platform weighing machine and a laptop computer by way of trial, the weights of the seven body regions of a human body in a horizontal position, namely, the head, right and left arms, upper and lower trunk and right and left legs were confirmed to be measurable almost at the same time, with a good reproducibility. Thus, it was found that the measurement of the seven body regions of a subject was possible, and especially, by holding breath of the subject for a while, a remarkable reduction in the variation of the measured weight values, especially those of upper and lower trunk was clearly observed.

    This paper aims to propose accumulation of information of the affected area by using ICT for reconstruction of the affected communities by the nuclear plant disaster. Such information is accumulated from local governments and inhabitants of towns in the evacuated zone. Goal of the platform proposed herein is to combine information retained by the local governments and memories retained by the inhabitants, and to create environment similar to actual towns in virtual world. Accumulation method of memories is discussed with consideration of results of the inhabitants' survey and based on cognitive psychology theory. Specifically, accumulation of individuals' memories is emphasized, and application of life log and social graph is proposed. Accumulating information and memories help create documents for local governments' recovery planning and good educational materials to evoke memories of the separated inhabitants.     On the afternoon of March 11th, 2011, a magnitude 9.0 earthquake followed by catastrophic tsunami hit northeast Japan, causing massive casualties. This Great East Japan Earthquake has caused serious effects not only in Japan but also in other countries. We should reconsider our energy policies including a question whether to depend on nuclear electric power generation or not in future. In this paper. we will report about this unprecedented disaster, about the impact on the local area, and will share and discuss the present information in cooperation with the local communities from the view point of disaster recovery and try to show the way to restoration by ICT.
